Our year end party is fast approaching on Nov 15th at the George Preston Arena from 3-7. There will be activities for the kids and prizes will be handed out.  It will be a pot-luck dinner with Langley BMX providing a chicken entree, we will contact our members to see what you can bring.

The AGM is on Nov 22 also at the George Preston Arena from 7-8. This is open to all members over the age of 16. We will be voting in the new board members for the 2010 season. There will be 7 positions available that will include the President, Vice President, Track Operator, Treasurer and 3 additional board members. If anyone wishes to run for any of the positions they must send an email to info@langleybmx.ca before Nov 8th (midnight) The nominees will be posted here on the site on Nov 9.

Each family that has a membership in good standing with Langley BMX will be given 1 vote for each position on the board.
